I am working with a international removals business who are expanding their team and searching for a Telesales Supervisor
Hours: 11am - 8pm
Location: Dartford
Within this role you will be supervising the Telesales team whilst calling through lapsed customers on their database to convert and win new business
- Managing the team and dealing with any questions or queries
- Dealing with escalations
- Dealing with customers or queries
- Sending quotes
- Follow up on leads
- Provide a high level of customer service
Within this role you will need to be confident in a telephone based role and able to speak to customers
