The Role:
Regen Solution are currently looking for an experienced Cap & Cove Floor Layer to carry out maintenance works In the Social Housing sector.
This is a temporary to permanent position with a van & fuel card provided immediately.
Main duties include; -

• Floor laying
• Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas
• Install various types of flooring, such as Carpet, Laminate, Safety Vinyl (including cap and cove)
• Prepare surfaces by removing old flooring or repairing any damage.
• Use hand and power tools including welder to lay and secure flooring materials.
• Apply latex and adhesive flooring materials.
• Inspect and repair any imperfections or defects in the flooring.
• Be willing to assist with other building trades as and when required.

Social Housing experience, full tools and a UK driving licence is essential for this role.
