Duties:

  • Design and execute HR strategies that align with organisational goals
  • Oversee the recruitment and hiring process to attract top talent
  • Manage the employee benefits programs to ensure support and satisfaction
  • Address and resolve employee relations matters effectively
  • Ensure adherence to labour laws and regulatory compliance; keeping up to date with HR laws
  • Develop and manage performance management frameworks to drive success
  • Work with senior management team to refine HR policies and procedures
  • Lead and contribute to HR projects aimed at employee engagement

Requirements:

  • Understanding of legislation
  • Passionate about HR and everything it involves
  • Experience as a HR Manager within a previous role
  • CIPD Level 5 or above
  • Proactive approach within their job role
