Duties:
- Design and execute HR strategies that align with organisational goals
- Oversee the recruitment and hiring process to attract top talent
- Manage the employee benefits programs to ensure support and satisfaction
- Address and resolve employee relations matters effectively
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and regulatory compliance; keeping up to date with HR laws
- Develop and manage performance management frameworks to drive success
- Work with senior management team to refine HR policies and procedures
- Lead and contribute to HR projects aimed at employee engagement
Requirements:
- Understanding of legislation
- Passionate about HR and everything it involves
- Experience as a HR Manager within a previous role
- CIPD Level 5 or above
- Proactive approach within their job role
