IT Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer required, part remote / part field based, to join a team supporting a retail group with multiple sites mainly across the South East. This a great opportunity for an experienced, hands on IT support Engineer to enjoy the freedom of both working at home and getting out in the field, fixing a range of hands on support tickets with the support of an external 3rd line IT support resource. In this role, the IT Support Engineer will assist the IT department supporting sites mainly in and around London and Home Counties, including their Dartford Head OFfice, with the general on-boarding of new members of staff, assisting with remote and on-site faults, repairs and the rollout of new IT projects.

The right IT Support Engineer, will have excellent PC and IT System Skills, and solid MS software knowledge (office, outlook, etc). Youll be supporting Windows operating systems, MS365, laptops, Apple and Android devices, and will need to be comfortable with Intune, and on-prem and azure Active Directory, and have decent networking knowledge enough to know how to patch, run cables and configure routers. ITIL experience would be useful too.

Any experience of supporting retail POS systems would be handy too.

Ideal locations would be home counties or London with the favorites being Kent, Sussex, Essex or Surrey.
