Commercial Property Solicitor (Financial institutions, freehold acquisitions, leasehold transactions)

Are you a property Solicitor looking to directly contribute to the success of an exciting business where you will be given the autonomy and responsibility to manage non-contentious commercial matters, principally concerning property?

This is an exciting opportunity with a firm who plays by different rules, is value added and see's it's solicitors as partners rather than just standard employees. This is an open dialogue policy, where they assist their partners in delivering the very best. This is the opportunity to work with on the very best and varied cases, including freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasehold transactions, site acquisitions and development and secured lending, including close liaison with financial institutions.

In this role you will deal with business sales and purchases and will also have some limited dealings with residential property matters. This role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor or similar, looking to have the freedom to be creative and directly contribute to the success of a company working on exciting cases, where no two days are the same.

THE ROLE:

  • Build and manage caseload, including freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasehold transactions, site acquisitions and development and secured lending
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with varied financial institutions
  • Office based with limited dealings on residential properties

THE PERSON:

  • Experience with business sales and purchases
  • At least 2 years of experience within Commercial Property
  • Experience in conveyancing
  • Experience in dealing with financial institutions
