- Handling a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and financing.
- Providing clear, expert legal advice to clients on commercial property matters.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents with accuracy.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborating with the Head of Department and team for service excellence.
- Participating in business development to expand the firm's client base.
- Staying current with legal developments and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Experience: Newly Qualified up to 3 years PQE in Commercial Property Law.
