You will be fully office-based, working alongside a close-knit, experienced team that values loyalty, collaboration, and adaptability.  The role offers the chance to work directly with the Head of Department, benefiting from their leadership while being given the space to grow and shape your practice. They are particularly interested in candidates with 1-3 years PQE but are open to applications from newly qualified solicitors who demonstrate strong potential.  Key Responsibilities
  • Handling a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and financing.
  • Providing clear, expert legal advice to clients on commercial property matters.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents with accuracy.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Department and team for service excellence.
  • Participating in business development to expand the firm's client base.
  • Staying current with legal developments and ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Experience: Newly Qualified up to 3 years PQE in Commercial Property Law.
  • A strong commercial awareness with a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
