On offer is the opportunity to join a market leading Solicitors as part of a dedicated team, specialising in commercial property. They continue to expand and grow while taking a personal approach to their clients, taking time to understand their needs and circumstances.

Reporting to a Senior Partner, your wokload will focus mainly on non-contentious commercial matters, principally concerning property. This will include freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasehold transactions, site acquisitions and development and secured lending, including close liaison with financial institutions. They will also be expected to deal with business sales and purchases and will also have some limited dealings with residential property matters

• Commercial Property Solicitor
• Manage your own mixed caseload of property work
• Grow and develop your own client-base

• PQ Solicitor with property experience
• Commutable to Dartford
