Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for a temporary Logistics Administrator for our client based in the Dartford area who are a market leader in their industry.
This is a key role within the business and you will be supporting a very busy warehouse and logistics team.
Job duties include:-
- Scan RUN POD's/organise for archive
- Kitbuilding
- Daily Operations Meeting sheet
- Daily Cost Tracker
- Time sheets daily for all Agency Staff
- Update hours spreadsheet
- Investigations
- General Enquiries
- Providing ETA's
- Printing/preparing S/O Picks
- Logistics Weekly Report (Fridays)
- Update Weekly Info PowerPoint (Fridays/Mondays)
Essential:-
- High level of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office packages
- Extensive administrative experience
- Salesforce and Dynamics 365 experience would be beneficial.
- Logistics experience
This is a Monday - Friday role, working 8 hours per day with varied start times depending on the needs of the business.
