Our client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team in Dartford. If you have a proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Location: Dartford Salary:£33,790 per annumHours: 13:00 - 22:00 (Any 5 from 7, normally Sunday to Thursday)
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years’ experience in a warehouse management role
- 4+ years’PPT/Forklift experience
- Own transport is ideal due to the company location
- Proven ability to lead and motivate people in a quality-driven environment
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing excellent service
- Strong leadership skills—leading by example and gaining team respect
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with all levels of the business
- PC literate with good attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing warehouse operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Managing, mentoring, and motivating the team to achieve high performance
- Maintaining health & safety standards and compliance
- Handling stock control and inventory management
- Delivering organisational objectives and taking ownership of personal/team tasks
- Ensuring excellent customer service and smooth logistics operations
