Production Administrator required. The role is permanent, full time (no remote working) and reports to the Production Manager.

Salary: £25,000 to £27,000 pa, depending on relevant experience/skill level

Hours: 8am to 4PM OR 9am to 5pm, half an hour unpaid break. No remote working

Monday to Friday

Benefits: 25 days holiday + 8 BH, free parking, pension

The ideal Production Administrator candidate will have strong administration skills - priority will be given to those with manufacturing/production environment experience.

Production Administrator Job role:

  • To ensure sales order and works order databases are cleansed and up to date
  • Establish priorities for specific customer orders and revise schedules according to customer requirements and communicate effectively with customer and internal departments
  • Raise work orders keeping all information up to date
  • Ensure there are timings on the operations on Bills Of Materials, liaise with estimating and engineering to ensure this is achieved

Production Administrator Key skills:

  • Determination for 'right first time’ processes
  • Ability to prioritise their own workload
  • Possess a meticulous eye for detail
  • Assertive communication skills - able to speak confidently with customers and internal departments e.g. Sales and Purchasing
  • Efficient, accurate, self-motivated, confident and enthusiastic
