This is a great opportunity for a motivated construction professional to join a growing construction company where you'll be exposed to a variety of projects in the Commercial sector, all whilst having full support on further training and clear progression to Project Manager.

This growing construction company operates across the nation with the majority of their projects being within London specialise in commercial refurbishment projects, with projects ranging anywhere from 50,000 to 6 million. They also offer their clients a full range of services including design services which allows them to offer a full turnkey project. this partnered with their focus on high quality service and product they have found consistent success since conception. As a result, they have a full orderbook and are looking to capitalise on this growth, that is why they are looking to add to their dynamic workforce with this great opportunity.

In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities, which will include liaising with the senior management team to get an overview of what projects you will be working on as well as getting program updates. You will also be responsible for sort materials for the projects during the day. Furthermore, you will be supervising and monitoring the contractors on site to ensure work is being done to the client's specifications and to a high standard. With this supervision you will also be making sure that health and safety standards are being kept. Due to certain project specification you will sometimes need to do alternative hours to fit client needs.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a construction professional with experience managing projects to be able to come in and hit the ground running, as well as holding a full UK drivers license to be able to visit sites.

The Role:

• Working on Commercial refurbishment and fit out projects
• Supervising contractors on site
• Based out of their head office in Dartford, but mainly will be on site

The Person:

• Site Foreperson, experienced Tradesmen or Junior Site or Project Manager
• Experience with managing projects and programs
• Commutable distance to their office in Dartford and happy to do site travel
• Full UK drivers license
