About the Project:
This project involves the construction ofnew build warehouse units in Dartford. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the installation of mechanical and electrical services, ensuring the project is completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the installation of mechanical and electrical services on site, ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and industry standards.
- Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Monitor progress and report on key milestones, keeping the project on schedule.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with designs, specifications, and health and safety regulations.
- Support the project team in resolving technical issues, offering guidance where necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities and assist with project documentation.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in line with relevant regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an M&E Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical services, including installation, commissioning, and testing.
- Knowledge of building regulations and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to supervise a team effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid site safety certification (e.g., SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
