Are you from a Facilities Management background and are looking for an autonomous role within a well-established company who offer facilities management services for a bespoke range of commercial clients where you will be the go-to person managing a team of 60 staff, and ensuring all business operations run smoothly?

This Facilities Management company provides a range of services to a diverse range of clients in the commercial sector including schools, churches, government buildings and offices to name a few. Their services include everyday needs like security and cleaning, and more specialised needs such as pest control and waste management. Due to an ever increasing workload they are looking for a General Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the business.

In this role you will be overseeing a team of 60 staff to organize all business operations, arranging services as clients need and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will also be leading business development opportunities, expanding the client base and maximizing the services provided by the company. This is a 40-hour week, 9am-5pm role, where you will be expected to work outside these hours and be available when needed.

This role would suit a Facilities / General Manager or similar looking for a senior leadership role where you will be managing a large team of people, and all the services provided by the business.

The Role:

• Managing a team of 60.
• Organising all services as clients need.
• Liaise closely with all departments and directors
• Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with a need to be flexible.

The Person:

• Facilities Management background
• Looking for a leadership role.
• Commutable to Dartford.
