Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to take on a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to lead a high-profile, confidential infrastructure project in London. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a transformative initiative that demands the highest standards of excellence, safety, and innovation.


As Site Manager, you will oversee daily site operations, coordinate teams, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of this critical project. This role requires a strong leader with a proactive mindset and a passion for achieving outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


路Lead and motivate on-site teams to deliver the project on time, to scope, and at the highest standards.
路Oversee subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements.
路Plan and monitor progress using tools like APHEX, addressing risks and achieving milestones.
路Drive sustainability initiatives, ensuring minimal environmental impact.
路Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the site.


Essentials:


路SMSTS, Temporary Works Coordinator/Supervisor, and SEATS certifications.
路National Grid Competent Person (NSI 4 or NSI 6&8) and EUSR Cat One.
路Extensive experience in civil works and National Grid projects (TP163).
路Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.


Desirables:


路Experience managing complex infrastructure projects with major contractors.
路Familiarity with tunnels, shafts, and underground works.
路Proficiency in O365, project management software, and APHEX planning tools.
路A valid driving license.
