Our client, a leading construction company based in Dartford is seeking a dynamic Business Development Coordinator/Bid Writer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely planning, management, and collation of all sections of PQQ & tender submissions. You will also play a crucial role in identifying, allocating, and coordinating tender/PQQ deliverables.

Location: Dartford

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Start: ASAP

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Plan, write, and coordinate allocated responses to bids and tenders
  • Compile, update, and maintain a library of company standard tender documentation and model answers, with technical and commercial support
  • Build internal and external relationships with individuals associated with the bid process to create quality bids
  • Develop a creative approach to the presentation of bids
  • Review all bid submissions for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a high level of market intelligence and best practise to create winning bids
  • Assist, support, and report to the BD Manager
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and improve the process, while sharing best practise with the team

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tender and PQQ documents
  • Clear understanding and interpretation of the questions within the PQQ and tender documents
  • Ability to construct relevant answers, with commercial and technical support
  • Strong research skills to improve bid content
