Job Description – A/C Engineers, London
Providing a twenty-four-hour call out service to our customer base which includes organisations in the hotel and leisure sectors, our aim is to support the needs of customers through excellent customer care. Our Air Conditioning team is required to be on call, with approximately 1 in 6 weeks turnover. Engineers will be required to work on VRV(F) and have extensive knowledge of manufacturers service checkers ideally. Ideally some chiller experience would also be advantageous.Â
Role Responsibilities
- Efficient diagnosis of faults in response to reactive service calls aiming to provide a first-time fix and so ensure continuity of service for our customers.
- Ability to complete planned system repairs in a timely manner following quoted works. • Completion of planned maintenance works and identification of any system errors which may require further investigation or works.
- Carrying out planned maintenance to the highest standard.

- Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
- Have 5 Years previous experience in a similar role.
- Should have experience in delivering customer care and be focused on supporting the needs of the customer.
- F-Gas qualification.
- Current CITB card advantageous.
- Knowledge skills & experience on leading air conditioning manufacturers systems especially Daikin, Mitsubishi and Sanyo/Panasonic VRF/V systems.
- Experience of chillers and central plant an advantage but not essential.
- Competent in Microsoft office and manufacturer bespoke software packages.
- Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
