- Partner with managers to provide expert HR advice and guidance.
- Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management.
- Lead on workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and talent development.
- Support managers with absence management, flexible working, and occupational health processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice HR policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance People services.
- Must be CIPD Level 5 qualified (Level 7 desirable).
- Proven HR experience in a business partnering role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience handling complex ER cases and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel between sites as required.
