People Business Partner – £44,935 – Dartford (Multi-Site Role)Hybrid Working33 Days Holiday + Bank HolidayWe are seeking an experienced People Business Partner to join a well-established organisation based in Dartford. This is a key role within the People team, providing expert HR support across multiple sites, including Gravesend, Hadlow, and Tonbridge.The Role:
  • Partner with managers to provide expert HR advice and guidance.
  • Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management.
  • Lead on workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and talent development.
  • Support managers with absence management, flexible working, and occupational health processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice HR policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance People services.
The Candidate:
  • Must be CIPD Level 5 qualified (Level 7 desirable).
  • Proven HR experience in a business partnering role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience handling complex ER cases and workforce planning.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel between sites as required.
