Job Overview:We are looking for a skilled Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our team, where you'll deliver OT assessments, treatments, and tailored advice in a dynamic and creative setting. Working closely with the Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist and Ward Manager, you will develop and lead therapeutic programs that support recovery and promote sustained, timely discharge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct OT assessments and provide targeted treatment and guidance.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to create and implement therapeutic programs.
  • Lead and supervise a small team, offering support and leadership.
  • Oversee shift leadership, assist in ward activities, and complete team tasks to meet service user needs.

Key Requirements:

  • HCPC registration.
  • Experience in providing OT assessments, treatment, and discharge planning.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise and support a multi-professional team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and creatively within a multidisciplinary team.
