Our client is looking to recruit an experienced and efficient office manager to join their professional team based near Crayford. The Office Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office which includes overseeing all company daily administration, managing the office staff, planning and developing office procedures, as well as handling all property matters. A successful candidate will have a background in facilities and office management and a strong focus on details.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Manage day to day SIM card processing.
  • Manage office equipment.
  • Manage office personnel.
  • Ensure the office is meeting its budget goals.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Manage staff personnel actions and compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Oversee office security.

Experience & Skills Needed -

  • Facilities and office management experience needed.
  • Experience overseeing staff is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated.
