Job Title: Mobile Multi-Trade Operative (Specialising in Cap and Cove) - Social Housing
Location: Dartford, Kent (Various locations within the area)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, DOE + Company Van + Benefits
- Proven experience in Cap and Cove flooring installations, with a strong understanding of all related techniques.
- Experience as a multi-trade operative, ideally in social housing or residential maintenance.
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade is preferred, with additional qualifications in cap and cove flooring highly desirable.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across Dartford and surrounding areas.
- Strong practical skills in a range of trades, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and tiling.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to adhere to strict health and safety protocols and ensure quality standards are consistently met.
