Robert Half Finance & Accounting are exclusively partnering with a Food manufacturing company in Dartford to recruit a Payroll administrator on a permanent basis .

Role:

Our client is looking to recruit an expeirenced payroll administrator, on a permanent basis. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Managing payroll for payrolling 150+ employees across the UK
  • Administering new starter documentation and processing required leaver paperwork
  • Processing holiday, SSP, SMP, SPP payments and statutory deductions
  • Processing P45, P60, P11D
  • Submitting monthly PAYE and pension contributions on schedule
  • Calculating employee tax benefits - company car etc.
  • Process joiners, leavers, and all amendments to payroll in a timely manner
  • Provide advice to employees and managers in relation to pay, taxation and national insurance
  • Ability to perform the manual calculation of payments when needed
  • Support with annual returns to HMRC including Year End processes and procedures
  • Dealing with payroll deductions such as pensions, unions, court orders, CSA.
  • Gain a detailed understanding of the time and attendance system and provided assistance, when required
  • Create, reconcile, and submit RTI files to HMRC
  • Reconciling payroll reports and monthly journals
  • Assisting with weekly and monthly payroll runs for staff members
  • Experience processing payroll via timesheets

Profile:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Payroll administrator with at least 2 years experience working within in house payroll.

1 month notice max .

Client:

Our client is a UK wide recognised food manufacturing firm with multiple brand within the business. You will work 3 days per week from their office in Dartford.

Salary & Benefits:

£35,000 - £40,000

Hybrid working - 3 days in Dartford office

7% non-contributory pension

Discretionary bonus
