The salary for this role is around £55,000 per annum, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.

The Pharmacy is located in a residential location in Dartford. This is an already-successful operation doing between 7000 - 8000 prescriptions a month, but there's still scope to make a real difference in terms of services and potentially increase prescription volumes.Key Duties The primary focus of the role is to ensure a smooth-running operation and continue maximising the sales and profitability of the branch.If you have a desire and passion to develop extra services then this would be a great advantage. This is a supportive, family run operation who really value each member of their team and reward them for their hard work. You will be responsible for managing the staff team, which consists of 3 full time Dispensers and 1 part time dispenser. You will also be responsible for a pre reg student.Package and Benefits
