Academics are recruiting for a passionate HLTA to join a vibrant primary school in Dartford. If you're ready to make a real difference and work with an inspiring team, we want to hear from you!

In this role, the successful HLTA will support classroom teachers, help implement engaging lessons, and assist in the educational development of students. You'll be an integral part of the team, ensuring that every child receives the attention and support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the class teacher with delivering creative and engaging lessons
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with varying needs
  • Lead interventions to boost student progress in key areas
  • Prepare and adapt learning resources to suit individual needs
  • Support the classroom teacher in managing student behaviour

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have experience working as an HLTA or in a similar role within a school setting
  • Hold relevant qualifications
  • Be passionate about supporting children's education and development
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
  • Show initiative, flexibility, and a proactive attitude
