Caddy Group are looking to speak with experienced Ductwork Project Managers based in Dartford.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients and other buisness connections.
  • Maintain contract related documents and correspondence.
  • Present contract information to relevant parties, such as stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot contract related problems, such as breach of contract.
  • Keep track of contracts and extend, renew or close them out.
  • Assist with the employers compliance with mandatory standards.
  • Stay informed about changes to relevant rules and regulations.
  • Technical site and customer management.
  • Assist field-based teams in the delivery of Ductwork projects.
  • Provide technical and practical support to engineers.
  • Quoting works giving detailed RAMS documents for clients and the sales team.
  • Develop team building ethos and lead by example.
  • Encourage effective communication between management, office based staff and onsite engineers/ sales team.
  • Liason between sales team and technical team ensuring smooth transition of RAMS and quotes.
  • Support production of job by job RAMS documentation to ensure high standard of delivery and health and safety standards.
  • Support technical standards and operational policies across every element of the buisness, from site survey to off hire.
  • Management of specific installation projects.
