Role Overview:
As an M&E Project Manager, you will be responsible for the complete project management lifecycle, focusing on heating and plumbing services. From design and engineering to coordination of services, detailed programming, and quantity surveying, you will maintain a hands-on approach to project management, overseeing all works from pre-construction activities to final testing, commissioning, and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage large-scale mechanical projects with a focus on heating and plumbing systems.
Produce working drawings from detailed designs.
Coordinate with clients and other contractors to ensure project success.
Maintain cost control and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
