A genuinely exciting Project Manager position has arisen with this well established and rapidly expanding electrical contractor. You will be responsible for overing seeing and managing commercial and high-end domestic projects for electrical installations (re-fit and new build) across Kent, Essex, and parts of London within the M25 and surrounding. LOCATION: Ideally you will live within the M25, London, Kent, Essex, Surrey (surrounding areas) as this is where the bulk of the project are. You will visit the office periodically but will be required to be on site regularly.
SALARY: 45,000 to 60,000 as basic salary plus the opportunity to earn profit shares of up to 5000 a quarter. You will also receive 22 days annual leave and company pension. You will also receive a fully expensed company vehicle.
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all projects, from the moment the quote has been won through to its completion and you will liaise closely with the Electrical Supervisors on site. You be responsible for all the purchasing for each project, securing and organising sub-contractors and staff making sure each project runs to the given timescale and budget. You visit site on a regular basis, liaise with the client and Supervisors to ensure the project runs smoothly and all queries are dealt with.
Successful candidates will ideally a minimum of 2 years Project Management experience with bias towards electrical projects. Being a fully qualifies electrician would be advantageous but essential if you have the relevant electrical project management experience.
