We are seeking an experienced Property Management Manager to lead our high-performing team in Dartford. Day-to-day of the role:- Manage a team of property managers, ensuring high performance and exceptional service delivery.
- Conduct regular performance assessments including one-to-one meetings.
- Oversee property inspections, tenancy negotiations, and renewals.
- Coordinate with contractors for maintenance and repair issues.
- Handle deposit returns, rental arrears, and eviction processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain a risk-averse operation.
- Complete all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports.
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within residential lettings.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to create a positive team environment.
- Excellent relationship management skills with both clients and team members.
- In-depth knowledge of current residential lettings legislation.
- Ability to drive team development and advance career growth.
- Basic salary ranging from £32,500 to £43,000, dependent on experience.
- Potential total earnings up to £53,925 including commission.
