We are seeking an experienced Property Management Manager to lead our high-performing team in Dartford. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in private residential property management, looking to advance their career in a dynamic environment. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage a team of property managers, ensuring high performance and exceptional service delivery.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments including one-to-one meetings.
  • Oversee property inspections, tenancy negotiations, and renewals.
  • Coordinate with contractors for maintenance and repair issues.
  • Handle deposit returns, rental arrears, and eviction processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain a risk-averse operation.
  • Complete all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within residential lettings.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to create a positive team environment.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with both clients and team members.
  • In-depth knowledge of current residential lettings legislation.
  • Ability to drive team development and advance career growth.
