Vacancy: SALES & LETTING VALUER – Residential Lettings Agency

Salary: OTE £40k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
HYRBID WORKING ON OFFER - A highly motivated, competent and experienced Estate Agency Sales & Letting Valuer is required by our client, to work remotely covering the Dartford area.
The perfect candidate will be an energetic, enthusiastic and dynamic individual, who has a strong desire to succeed, a strong background in Residential Estate Agency, and an instruction winning mindset!
Residential sales and lettings knowledge and previous experience in the sales and lettings industry would be desirable, but significant expertise in either discipline will be considered for a candidate with the right attitude and the ability to learn.
The Company: Our client is an Independent Sales and Lettings agency with offices in London and Kent which offers expert advice in all areas of sales and lettings.
Skills required for this Sales & Lettings Valuer role will include:
- Thorough knowledge of the Sales & Lettings process
- Significant valuation and instruction winning experience
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Full UK driving licence
- Knowledge of the Dartford property market
