Quantity SurveyorSouth East London£50,000 - £60,000 plus packageWe are working with a residential Developer looking to hire a Project Surveyor to join a brand new, fast paced scheme in South East London.Our client are cash rich and in the midst of expansion, they build a wide range of developments from prime, listed conversions to high rise BTR schemes, it's a great time to join a rapidly growing business.This scheme is a multi block RC Frame development with multiple phases under production at one time, in the early days of procurement - and ideally you will have experience on a similar site.With the support of your Commercial Manager and another QS you will be project based and have the following responsibilities:

  • Work with the wider team to procure all packages from groundworks through to fit out
  • Produce pre construction tender documents
  • Create contractor contracts alongside other documentation
  • Package manage from first valuation to final accounts
  • Manage budgets across multiple packages
  • Cost reporting

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with in the residential sector.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools, including Excel, cost estimating software, and project management systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
