Senior QS / PQS required ASAP for Kent & London based Consultancy client

*FREELANCE LIMITED COMPANY / OUTSIDE IR35*

I have an urgent requirement for one of my long-standing clients, a small PQS / Consultancy with offices in Kent and London.

They work on projects generally ranging from 1m to 20m including residential, student accommodation, hotels, rail / civils etc, with involvement from planning / pre-con stage to final accounts and claims.

Key requirements include:

  • Min. 10 years experience
  • Experience in residential projects with values of 1m to 10m
  • Experience in cost planning
  • Experience with JCT forms of contract
  • Experience in projects from planning through to PC of build
  • Client side / PQS experience essential, additional main comtracting experience also desirable, though not essential
  • Full driving licence with own car

This position is available on a freelance / temp-to-perm / perm basis.
