25k-27k – competitive salary dependent on experience & attitude
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Hybrid working available once competent in role

I am currently seeking a well organised, dynamic and committed candidate with a background in Transport Administration.
This role is an important position within the team and requires a switched on, hard working applicantwith the ability to solve problems and work quickly and effectively. You will be an active, hands-on member of the team, dealing with various tasks within the transport department.
Duties for this role include:
- Processing orders generated from the TMS
- Liaising with other departments including drivers to ensure a smooth-running operation
- Speaking to customers directly whether that be in relation to deliveries or collections
- Updating various inhouse systems
- Regular contact with subcontractors
- Processing delivery paperwork
- Updating customers on ETA’s
- Assisting staff at Director level with any administration duties
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Recent experience working within a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work well alone as well as within a team
- Well organised and committed
- A proactive approach to work and have the ability to think on their feet in a fast paced environment
