My client is looking for an individual to work in their busy and successful residential sales department. You will have a great attitude and work ethic. My client is looking for someone driven, is a good all rounder and wants to have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission.

Main responsibilities

  • Dealing with current and potential vendors
  • Arranging viewings
  • Negotiating sales
  • Providing weekly sales figures
  • Taking and putting forward offers
  • Following up on viewings
  • Calling out new properties on the market to potential buyers
  • Vendor care
  • Listing/valuing experience

Skills & Experience Required

  • Sales experience
  • Excellent time management
  • IT Literate
  • Great communication skills
  • Local knowledge
  • Good attitude towards learning
  • Ability to maintain administrative processes
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Full driving licence and car essential
