My client was established in 1993 and has grown and into one of the largest, privately owned independent agents in the area. Covering the North West Kent area, they deal with the entire spectrum of properties, from affordable first homes to executive detached houses.
They are looking to add an experienced Property Manager to add to their busy office based in Dartford.
The successful candidate must be comfortable working under pressure in a busy lettings environment.
You need to drive and have a car for this role.
Previous experience in a Property Management environment of any kind is essential!
- Dealing with a portfolio of around 120- 140 Properties
- Overseeing all property maintenance issues raised.
- Processing contractor invoices.
- Keeping the property database up to date.
- Dedicated to building on-going relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors.
- Booking in and undertaking property inspections.
- Dealing with Administration for new Tenancies
- Excellent skills in communication - both written and verbal are essential.
- Mature confident attitude
- Resilient, highly professional and experienced in customer service.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail is required.

Salary:
- £26,500-£27,500 Per Annum dependant on experience
Hours of Work:The role is full time (5 days a week) to include 4 days between
- Monday and Friday 9am to 6pm
- Every Saturday 9am and 5.30pm
