- Develop own list of prospect clients through lead generation, cold calling, and client marketing
- Contacting prospective, lapsed and existing clients through calls, emails, visits and new business development to gain both temporary and permanent vacancies
- Build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates
- Negotiate both temporary and permanent fees including any PSL agreements
- Ensure all temporary and permanent roles gained are filled within agreed time limits and SLAs
- Ensure that you utilise various routes of marketing such as job boards, headhunting and referrals to generate a talent pool
- Pre-screening candidates to qualify suitability to work
- Recruit suitable candidates according to skills and experience to fit client requirements
- Arrange and conduct registrations to ensure compliance
- Present suitable candidates to clients

- Generate both temporary and permanent placements through both sales and recruitment activity
- Ensure that sales KPI targets are met weekly

- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information
- Chasing references and formatting CVs to company standard as required
- Ensure all enquiries, correspondence, compliments and complaints are properly logged on the relevant database and are sent to the appropriate team for a response within the stated deadline
- Maintain and develop company CRM and databases, ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality and GDPR.
- Maintain and develop company commercial branding and image

- A minimum of 6-12 months recruitment experience.
- Good general level of education

- A strong and proven track record in sales, networking and/or client development
- Strong commercial business acumen
- The ability to demonstrate success and experience managing major customer accounts and large contracts, particularly achieving genuine sales development and a proven track record of bringing in GP
