APPRENTICESHIP COURSE:Recruitment Consultant Level 3

Wage:£15,000 - £21,000

Working hours:Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm

Annual leave:28 days per year

THE ROLE:

Job Duties:

Qualify and shortlist suitable candidates against job vacancies

Assist with recruitment and selection processes

Identify and attract candidates through company social media platforms and job boards

Write, place, update and monitor job adverts in line with company procedure

Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships

Proactively identify new candidate and client opportunities

Accurately record, update and maintain candidate and client records on internal recruitment database

Achieve agreed KPIs and targets

Provide first-line support for all enquiries

Maintain and uphold company standards, branding and principles

Format candidates CV in line with company branding and guidelines

Utilise database information in line with relevant legislations and best practices
