Position: Quality and Compliance Manager
Location: Near Dartford
Salary: Up to 65,000 + Bonus

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality care? Do you have a keen eye for compliance and a commitment to continuous improvement? I am seeking a dedicated Quality and Compliance Manager to join a family-run care provider, overseeing a number of homes in the Dartford area.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee quality assurance and compliance across multiple care homes.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Work collaboratively with Registered Managers to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide training and support to staff on quality and compliance matters.
Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders as necessary.

Ideal Candidate
Established Quality and Compliance Manager or a Registered Manager looking to transition into a different role.
Strong understanding of Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proven ability to implement quality improvement strategies.
