Are you a seasoned formulation professional with a strong background in the pharmaceutical or nutritional sector? This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within an established, innovation-driven business that serves global markets.

Working within a forward-thinking technical team, you will lead and support formulation development projects across the EMEA region, playing a pivotal role in the technical interface between commercial teams and customers. This position is perfect for someone with solid scientific expertise, strong communication skills, and a desire to work at the forefront of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical innovation.

What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as a senior technical consultant to customers, supporting them with formulation challenges, product development, and application testing.
  • Leading technical training, customer presentations, and troubleshooting discussions.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, sales, and marketing teams to ensure innovative and practical solutions are delivered.
  • Supporting regulatory and technical documentation as required.
  • Travelling up to 40% of the time, attending events and meetings as required

What we're looking for:

  • A scientific background (degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related discipline) with significant experience in pharmaceutical or nutritional product formulation.
  • Strong technical knowledge of excipients and drug delivery technologies.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and customer relationships.
  • A team player with the confidence to work autonomously and represent the business externally.
  • A tech savvy approach, with the ability to use all MS Office applications as well as SharePoint and CRM tools
  • The flexibility to travel as necessary
  • Someone living within a reasonable distance from Dartford
