Sales Assistant

Location: Dartford

Our client, currently experiencing rapid growth, seeks enthusiastic individuals to join their expanding sales and customer service teams. Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily office meetings and training sessions.
• Conduct residential sales and engage in face-to-face interactions with customers at their homes.
• Represent clients professionally, maintaining a positive brand image.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Flexibility to work a minimum of 4 days per week, with availability from Monday to Sunday (no fixed rota).
• Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
• No specific qualifications required.
• Incentives available for individuals who drive, although it is not mandatory.
