Parts & Showroom Assistant
Salary - £17500 + pro rata
Location - DA4
Part - time Permanant Position

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join a specialist in agricultural equipment as their Parts & Showroom Assistant. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a diverse range of products including Parts, Hardware, and Clothing.
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Deliver excellent customer service, dealing with all queries relating to products and services.
- Work in a bustling atmosphere, demonstrating your ability to cope under pressure.
- Utilize your excellent people skills, working with both our trade and general public customers.
- Apply your general computer skills and familiarity with email and internet use.
Desirable skills/experience:
- Familiarity with working in a retail environment and showroom experience.
- Motivated by sales and targets.
- A good level of physical fitness (the successful candidate may be required to lift things while organising stock).
- Attention to detail and accuracy with numbers, handling of cash, cheque, and card payments.
- A team player - capable of working alone or with other team staff.
- Full driving licence.
- Smart and presentable experience.
Hours: 29 hours per week – 9am to 3pm Tuesday to Friday, 8am to 1pm Saturday. Overtime paid at time and a half on completion of 39 hours Monday to Friday (anything worked above 29 hours but below 39 hours is paid at your usual rate.
