A well-established company near Dartford is seeking a Finance Assistant to support the Finance Manager.
Candidates should have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong communication and MS Excel skills.

A well established and expanding company based on the outskirts of Dartford are looking for a Finance Assistant to assist the Finance Manager.

You will ideally have previous experience working within a similar role and be able to work to strict deadlines, have excellent communication skills, be highly competent and have good MS Excel skills.

Duties

To assist the Finance team
Assist in the management and reconciliation of timesheets
Assist in the accounting for company charges such as Oyster cards, Parking, Dart Charge and Congestion Charge
Coding invoices
Raising invoices
Assist in credit control
Any other duties as required by the Finance Manager

The hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm based full-time in the office.
