We are seeking a dedicated and skilled English Teacher to join a secondary school in Kent long term. This is an exciting opportunity for an educator committed to delivering high-quality lessons and empowering students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 to achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities:

Teach engaging and high-quality English lessons to students across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
Inspire and challenge students to develop their skills in reading, writing, and critical thinking.
Plan and deliver creative, inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support.
Actively contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities and events.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Specialization in English Language and/or Literature.
Experience teaching English across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
