We are seeking a dedicated and skilled English Teacher to join a secondary school in Kent long term. Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach engaging and high-quality English lessons to students across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
  • Inspire and challenge students to develop their skills in reading, writing, and critical thinking.
  • Plan and deliver creative, inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support.
  • Actively contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities and events.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Specialization in English Language and/or Literature.
  • Experience teaching English across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
  • Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
