The Company:

What You'll Do:
Take charge of specialised highway engineering tasks, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency are met throughout each project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead expansion joint renewals, bearing enhanced maintenance, and bearing replacement
- Oversee waterproofing of bridge decks and resurfacing projects
- Manage parapet renewals, testing, and investigative work across the network
- Collaborate closely with the project team to plan and execute works, primarily during night shifts
- Work from the Dartford office during the day with some ad hoc site visits at night to ensure project success
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience in highways engineering, particularly with infrastructure maintenance and repair
- Relevant industry qualification (HND/HNC/BEng) and up-to-date SMSTS qualification
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
