We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Intervention Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with students who require additional support to achieve their academic potential. This role involves developing and implementing targeted intervention programs, monitoring student progress, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our students.

We have multiple Monday to Friday short time / long time roles, with working hours 8:30am to 3:30pm. Daily rates starts at £100 and up, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver individualized intervention programs for students in need of additional support.
  • Assess students' learning needs and progress, using a variety of assessment tools.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to identify students requiring intervention and to integrate support strategies into the classroom.
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in intervention teaching.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Teaching certification and/or specialized training in intervention strategies.
  • Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Successful candidate must have clear enhanced DBS on Update Service.
