Role Overview: As a Sports Coach, you will play a crucial role in promoting physical activity, well-being, and positive behaviour among our students. You’ll work closely with our teaching staff to create engaging sports sessions that cater to individual abilities and interests.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver sports activities tailored to students with SEN.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere during sports sessions.
• Collaborate with other staff members to integrate physical education into the curriculum.
• Empower students to develop confidence, teamwork, and motor skills through sports.
• Adapt coaching techniques to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.

Requirements:

• Relevant sports coaching qualifications (e.g., Level 1 or higher).
• Experience working with children or young adults with SEN (preferred).
• Passion for promoting physical health and well-being.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and engage students.
