Role - Supporting the provisioning team leader, handling order processing, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Order processing: Provisioning Hardware including Update portal, shipping and tracking and collections and return services,
- Technical:Facilitating requests for Editing , modifying orders on the provisioning portal.
- Order enquiries:Respond to customer emails on, advice and fulfilment
