Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to work remotely in South East London, primarily covering DA and BR postcodes.
The position offers a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000, with an on-target earning potential of £60,000 - £70,000.
Candidates must have AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualifications and be a RICS Registered Valuer with the ability to conduct level 2 and 3 Surveys.

This is a full-time position that allows for remote working, providing a supportive environment within a growing independent practice.

The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:

£45,000 - £55,000 Basic
£60,000 - £70,000 OTE

Residential Surveyor requirements:

AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualifications
RICS Registered Valuer
Ability to carry out level 2 and 3 Surveys
