Job Summary

We have a new permanent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative.

My client specialises in designing, manufacturing, installing, and maintaining security-rated doors, walls, screens, and counters.

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative with a proven track record of Stock Control leadership.

The key focus of this role is to achieve accurate and timely issuing of stock for projects/supply only and maintenance customers, with a hands on, can do attitude

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of effectively managing stock in a high paced environment and that they can take full responsibility for managing stock, on-site and external warehouse, leading a small team, to ensure that the company provide excellent customer service/support meeting customer deadlines and SLAs.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a willingness to get stuck in and enhance the current operations using experience and knowledge to successfully and accurately manage the warehouse and stock.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Process all GRN’s using the Management Software System (EFACS) within 24 hours of goods receipt
  • Maintain EFACS stock control system to achieve monthly closing and stock reconciliation within 2 days of month end.
  • Process all EFACS Service stock replenishment requests within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Timely issue of project kits to for production, installations and maintenance customer jobs.
  • To assist with vehicles loading and off loading.
  • Maintain all stores areas in safe and tidy order.
  • Booking in of all stock using the EFACS system.
  • Management of consignment stock
