About: Our client is a leading engineering company specialising in Aluminium Salt Bath Brazing, a rare and specialised process performed by only a handful of companies in the UK. The Role As a Warehouse/Factory Operative, you will play a crucial role in our clients production process, developing skills to become an ‘all-rounder’ within the team. Your duties will include:

Assisting in light assembly work, cleaning, and preparation of parts.
Learning and contributing to our Aluminium Salt Bath Brazing operations.
Handling and processing aluminium chassis.
Supporting the team in meeting production targets and deadlines.

Shifts Available We are currently recruiting for the following shifts:

4:30 AM – 1:00 PM
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Physical Fitness: Comfortable with physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying.
Heat Tolerance: Ability to work in high-temperature environments.
